Central Iowa High School Fall League 2025 – Boys

Held on the dates of 10/5/25, 10/12/25, 10/19/25, and 10/26/25. Iowa Gym Rats is excited to announce an opportunity for 9th, JV and Varsity Boys Teams in preparation of their Winter season.

Gym Rats Winter League 2025 (4V4 K-2nd Girls, K-1st Boys)

Held 11/2/25–12/14/25. We look forward to another great league in 2025, with improved rules, setup, and no spectator admission fees. 7 game guarantee. Every team will play 1 game per weekend on SUNDAY only with 2 certified officials. Teams will play 2 games on 1 select week only. All other weeks will be 1 game.

Hardwood Fall Kickoff 2025 (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/1/2025-11/2/2025 in Des Moines for Girls & Boys. Great early season event against teams of like competition. Partnered event with Attack Tournaments.

Gym Rats Fall Brawl 2025 (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/15/2025-11/16/2025 in Des Moines. This event has attracted teams from Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, etc. over the course of its history.

Fall Festival – Presented by Attack Tournaments & Iowa Gym Rats (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/22/2025-11/23/2025 for BOYS & GIRLS teams. This tournament will be hosted by Attack Tournaments and Iowa Gym Rats. Brand new event in 2025, we hope you’ll join us!

3V3 Thanksgiving Throwdown (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/30/2025 in Des Moines. 1st time event that will be a 1 day tournament.

Hosted 12/6/25-12/7/25 in Des Moines. We’re excited for this 1st year event for Boys & Girls. Event partnered with Attack Tournaments.

The Season Opener / Middle of the Map Mayhem 2025 (Formerly Hardwood Classic)

3rd-8th grade boys & girls from around the Midwest compete in Kansas City 12/6-12/7. Come join us or this highly competitive event!

Held 12/20/2025–12/21/2025 3rd-8th Grade Girls ONLY, 3 game guarantee, 2 divisions where possible, NO Zone Defense Allowed, Pool Play into Bracket Play.

GRBA Boys School Team State 2026

Our third ever GRBA Boys School Team State tournament. This event is meant for 3rd-8th Grade teams who want to compete against other school ball teams. Hosted 1/31/26-2/1/26 in Des Moines.

Waukee Jam Classic – Presented by Waukee JAM Basketball Club & Iowa Gym Rats (Boys & Girls)

Held 2/8/2025–2/9/2025. Great tournament for teams of all levels! Multiple competitive divisions offered.

“THE” State Tournament 2026 (GIRLS)

Held in Des Moines 02/7/2026–02/8/2026. AAU Girls State Championship— Girls 3rd-8th Grade. 3 game guarantee.
