GYM RATS “INDIVIDUAL” FALL LEAGUE

We are excited to host our 5th Annual “Individual” Fall League. Our Individual fall league is designed for players to sign up individually as we will place each player on a team each weekend. We look forward to competitive games and a fun environment. This is a great way to stay in games shape and get ready for the upcoming season.

Event:

Iowa Gym Rats “Individual” Fall League

When:

September 13th, 2026

September 20th, 2026

September 27th, 2026

October 4th, 2026

*Players play 2 games each date of the league

Who:

  • 7th and 8th Grade Boys
  • High School Boys
  • 7th-8th Grade Girls
  • High School Girls

Entry Fee: 

$175

Registration Method/Deadline:

Deadline to register is September 6th, 2026 @ 11:59 PM or Until Full

Format:

  • 2 games each Sunday
  • 8 guarantee over the 4 Sunday nights
  • Players are divided onto teams of 7-9 players
  • Coaches are provided for each team and will coach and sub appropriately
  • Jerseys are provided to each player, but will be returned at the end of the league.

We look forward to accommodating High School Coaches and their respective program. This is a great way to get in some last minute work before the season begins.

October 11, 18, 25, and November 1.

We are excited to once again be hosting the “Gym Rats Winter League” in 2026.  We are excited for another great season and look forward to you joining us.  In 2026 we will be offering 4V4 divisions for both Boys (K-1st) & Girls (K-2nd). We will also be offering 5V5 divisions for both Boys (2nd-5th) & Girls (3rd-5th). This has shown improved game play, and also allows the players and teams to grow. These age divisions are for all levels of teams. THIS IS NOT A HIGH LEVEL LEAGUE. We are also excited to announce that once again this year’s Winter League will not have spectator admission fees.

Who:

K-1st Boys & K-2nd Girls will play 4v4 (Based on 2026-2027 school year)

2nd-6th Boys & 3rd-6th Girls will play 5v5 (Based on 2026–2027 school year)

League Dates and Schedule Details:

-SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED BY NOVEMBER 2ND, 2026 BY 10:00PM

-SCHEDULE IS FINAL UNLESS MISTAKES WERE MADE BY DIRECTOR

-IF ANY CHANGES ARE MADE  TO THE SCHEDULE YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL

-MAKE SURE AND READ RULES BELOW

  • Week #1 – Sunday, November 8th, 2026
  • Week #2 – Sunday, November 15th, 2026
  • Week #3 – Sunday, November 22nd, 2026
  • Week #4 – Sunday, November 29th, 2026
  • Week #5 – Sunday, December 6th, 2026
  • Week #6 – Sunday, December 13th, 2026
  • Week #7 – Sunday, December 20th, 2026
  • Games are played on Sunday’s only throughout the course of the league

  • Teams will play 1 game each weekend.

Registration Method/Deadline:

Please enter early as this league is expected to fill

Divisions may be capped at 8 teams per division. 

Entry Fee:

$700 per team (7 game guarantee)

-If registering 2+ teams use code “MULTI” and get $25 off of each team

-If registering prior to 9/15/26 use code “EARLYBIRD” and get $50 off per team. 

League Details:

-Games WILL be played on Sunday afternoons, primarily between 2:00pm-8:00pm.

-Teams will play every week unless requested differently. Off weekends will not be rescheduled. 

-Teams will play 1 game per date . This will allow teams to play all other teams in their respective divisions.

-Please contact director if you want to participate in league but have a team that may need special schedule. Certain situations may be accommodated but not guaranteed.

-7 game guarantee. Every team will play 1 games per weekend. Champions will be crowned after the last week of play, and will go to the team who performed the best throughout the 7 games. Teams will play all other opponents in their division.

-2 certified officials

-Team must provide own uniforms

-Daily Admission will not be charged for spectators

We are looking forward to another great year of the Gym Rats Fall Brawl. This is typically on of our largest events of the Fall, and always features competitive competition.
