High School Individual Fall League spanning from 9/8/24-9/29/24. This league will be for Girls 8th-10th and Boys 8th-12th Division in 2024! Fall league from 9/12/24-10/3/24 for Boys and Girls, Grades 2nd-8th. An opportunity to stay in the gym and play live action games freely. Team & Individual Registration available!

Central Iowa High School Fall League 2024 – Boys

Held on the dates of 10/6/24, 10/13/24, 10/20/24, and 10/27/24. Iowa Gym Rats is excited to announce an opportunity for 9th, JV and Varsity Boys Teams in preparation of their Winter season.

Gym Rats Winter League 2024 (Boys & Girls)

Held 11/2/24–12/17/24. We look forward to another great league in 2024. 12 game guarantee. Every team will play 2 games per weekend with 2 certified officials. Last weekend of the League is Bracket play and League Championship weekend.

Fall Frenzy 2024 (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/9/2024-11/10/2024 in Des Moines & Ames. 3 game guarantee. Pool play followed by bracket play.

Hosted 11/16/2024-11/17/2024 in Des Moines. This event has attracted teams from Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, etc. over the course of its history.

Held 11/30/2024–12/1/2024 3rd-8th Grade Girls ONLY, 3 game guarantee, 2 divisions where possible, NO Zone Defense Allowed, Pool Play into Bracket Play.

GRBA Division I State Championship 2025 – Boys & Girls

Held 2/1/2025–2/2/2025. 3rd–8th Grade Boys and 4th-8th grade Girls. Pool Play into Single Elimination Tournament, 3 game guarantee.

GRBA/515 Hoops Boys School Team State

Our first ever GRBA/515 Hoops Boys School Team State tournament. This event is meant for 3rd-8th Grade teams who want to compete against other school ball teams. Hosted 2/1/25-2/2/25 in Des Moines.

Waukee Jam Classic – Boys & Girls

Held 2/8/2025–2/9/2025. Great tournament for teams of all levels! Multiple competitive divisions offered.
