Hosted 9/20/2025 in Des Moines. 1st time event that will be a 1 day tournament.

Central Iowa High School Fall League 2025 – Boys

Held on the dates of 10/5/25, 10/12/25, 10/19/25, and 10/26/25. Iowa Gym Rats is excited to announce an opportunity for 9th, JV and Varsity Boys Teams in preparation of their Winter season.

Fall Cup 3V3 (Boys & Girls; 1 Day)

Hosted 10/18/2025 in Des Moines. 1st time event that will be a 1 day tournament.

Preseason Shootout

Hosted 10/25/2025-10/26/2025 in Des Moines. Great early season event against teams of like competition.

Gym Rats Winter League 2025 (4V4 K-2nd Girls, K-1st Boys)

Held 11/1/25–12/13/25. We look forward to another great league in 2025, with improved rules, setup, and no spectator admission fees. 7 game guarantee. Every team will play 1 game per weekend on Saturday only with 2 certified officials. Teams will play 2 games on 1 select week only. All other weeks will be 1 game.

Held 11/1/25–12/13/25. We look forward to another great league in 2025, with improved rules, setup, and no spectator admission fees. 7 game guarantee. Fall Frenzy 2025 (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/8/2025-11/9/2025 with Boys in Des Moines & Girls in Ames. 3 game guarantee. Pool play followed by bracket play.

Gym Rats Fall Brawl 2025 (Boys & Girls)

Hosted 11/14/2025-11/16/2025 in Des Moines. This event has attracted teams from Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, etc. over the course of its history.

G.O.A.T (Girls ONLY Allowed Tournament)

Held 11/22/2025–11/23/2025 3rd-8th Grade Girls ONLY, 3 game guarantee, 2 divisions where possible, NO Zone Defense Allowed, Pool Play into Bracket Play.
