Iowa Gym Rats is set to host this great event in Des Moines. This will be a good event for Girls to start your Spring season in 2026. In 2025 we hosted over 100+ teams for this event. There will ne NO GAMES on Easter Sunday.

Roster Restrictions:
-Players are allowed to play on multiple teams “AS LONG AS IT IS IN A DIFFERENT DIVISIONS.” For example if there is a 8th Gold and 8th Silver division a player can play on multiple teams in each division. If there is just one division then a player MUST play on 1 team in that grade division. A player may also “PLAY UP” a grade, but may not “PLAY DOWN” a grade.
Live Stream:
We have partnered with “Be the Beast” Live streaming this year and all games played at “515 Fieldhouse Courts”, “Kingdom Courts”, “Canyon Hopkins Courts”, “Zachary Jensen Fieldhouse” and “Mid-American Rec Plex” will be live streamed each weekend for parents or families members that can not attend. There is a cost associated with the Live Stream and that information can be found here:
